Refund Policy

Occasionally, pooja bookings or parts of pooja bookings might be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons could be:

• Difficulty in processing your payment information.
• Cannot ship to the address provided.
• Duplication of the order.

If your order is cancelled by our system you will receive an alert e-mail explaining the reason for the cancellation and the amount paid by you will be refunded.
