Guruji Swami Haridhos Giri founded GA Trust for the administration of all the activities in the Ashram Complex.  Apart from spiritual grace, his vision was also to provide free medical facilities to the poor for which a hospital known as Guruji Medical Centre was established. This hospital is equipped with beds, X-ray centre and an operation theatre.

 The hospital also provides ambulance services for the transportation of the patients. Free Medical camps and eye camps are organised by the hospital on a regular basis and a few camps have been conducted in surrounding villages such as Alathur, Ariyathur, Marudadu, etc. These camps have received a good response from the villages.

The medical centre has become a huge source of support for Thennangur and the surrounding villages.
